Still not feeling great, cant swallow or stop shivering so its been a long night... not sure if worth a trip to doctors later

morning - day off and awake early - no surprise there then - gonna try and bluff the sleep pattern - i have written a list of things i want to do today - my warped sense of logic is that i will go back and have a long sleep and not manage to do half of them -  |
