This could be why we are not well toned. I blame the stress

Herts

I'm finding the "New Mummy to a colicky baby" diet also works well... I spend so long feeding and looking after him that I either forget to eat or my food gets abandoned, forgotten about, and then rediscovered later when it's inedible or I'm no longer in the mood to eat.

Sadly, for you, anything that does not break the forum rules may be posted and discussed in the lounge.

There's nothing in the rules about not discussing stress or weight loss. I didn't see anything saying we may only discuss what suits you.

Perhaps, if you don't want to be part of a general forum in which stress and weight loss are discussed, it is you that needs to be elsewhere.

I hope that clarifies things for you.

If genuinely stressed about a particular thing it can make me not eat but it's more like nervous energy than real stress. When I'm feeling sad or lonely or genuinely worried about things I eat and I eat hard, I've been like the since November and put on 17lb since November!
