It's quite straightforward really, if you enjoy the site and wish to contribute to it's running and development of features etc then it's a no brainer.
It's less than a couple of pints in terms of cost. |

If you want the extra features it provides (as shown on the site supporter info bit) or just want to help the site out by paying your fiver while bearing in mind some people set filters so they can only be contacted by site supporters......then yes
If your not fussed by any of the above, no....
It's only a fiver though so why not try it, if it turns out you somehow don't like or need it, don't renew. |

"They shouldn't make the small print so feckin small then "
Ah, small print ... Whoever reads the small print?
There are 23 pages for the Platinum+ membership. At least it does entitle you to a full life history and a Tineye search of any potential interested parties. Good feature, that. |

Always, always, ALWAYS read the small print.
I upgraded to the Platninum+ service once before when Mrs ddc was away. I was particularly interested in the guaranteed shag.
Unfortunately I didn't read the small print, and when Dave the hairy-arsed trucker turned up...
Well, let's just say the eyes on the little just don't go quite big enough.

The OP is probably a Yorkshireman living in Scotland and very careful about splashing out on fripperies. Hence Platinum membership will certainly be out of the question.
