im ahaving a pamper sunday all smooth scrubbed and polished i havnt got dressed either just been lazing around in a towel pretty much all day ...its cold and windy not a day for walking the beach so i havnt !!! |

Had some mates round and i cooked the roast beef full monty.
Clean plates after which i like to see.
Followed by tiramasu .
resulted in said mates and my self flat out on sofas watching "total wipeout usa" and laughing ourselves silly.
everything ached.
