shagging on a first date is deffo a no no for me..
each to their own though. one night stands have never been my thing though. even in a fab context would i sleep with a person without having a social meet first |

Absolutely no idea. Depends on the person, I've dated people I've slept with first night and some not for ages.
I slept with my ex husband the first night but didn't have full sex with jay for 3 months.
I think a guy would be more put of if he was dating someone and it wasn't progressing

Don't have a rule for this really....just whatever feels right I think....it can be five dates or on date one....
And I can't judge for giving it up too early, as I'd have given it up at the same stage so I'd be tarring myself too.... |

If I didn't want to have sex with him on the first date there wouldn't be a second one. If we had sex on the first date and it put him off he wouldn't be the man for me anyway. If we both wanted sex but decided to wait a while to get to know each other he could possibly be a keeper |

My mum has always instilled in me to be friends with the guy first and not to jump into bed with them. She made my dad travel across land and sea literally and he did...41 years later and they are still married but that was in those days...it's really hard work dating in 2015...lol |

You meet, have your date usually doing something fun and if you get on you arrange another date. I'd be really put of if someone wanted to be deep and meaningful, just have fun getting to know each other, whether that includes sex or not

I find it hard work too, thats why I gave up dating. I also don't think I want a standard relationship... my life is busy, I have a lot on - work, son, friends, gym, more training, and a lover that I don't want to give up - so dating isn't really for me... I think I am too selfish. |

Andy and I met for a coffee and a chat on a Monday. The Tuesday we met again and I think it was a couple of hours before we landed up in bed. We are now living together and been a couple for 16 months. Xx |

I have not bothered to read the answers so I am not swayed with this reply.
I think that what they call waiting is old fashioned..Disagree , with it called old fashioned that is..It is not old fashioned , it is respectful of yourself.
You wait as long as you want, if he wants you he will too..
If he cant have you when you first meet and wants to ditch you, then let him go..xxx

Think it depends on the guy himself who you're meeting, if he has no respect for you just because you have sexual urges for him then he's not worth having a relationship with anyway, coz he basically did the same thing and wasn't looking for anything respectful with you anyway.
I've had 3 relationships that all started off with sex on the first night we met. First one was on and off relationship and really shit anyway, 2nd lasted 11 years and the last one lasted almost two years. I'm still friends with the last two afterwards as well. |

i always have sex on a first date , any time I meet them previously to sex is a pre date inter_iew.
I do make a point of letting the girl know I think it's trampy to have sex on the first proper date after of course.
i usually choose pool or bowling so the chances for sex don't usually come up especially in the bowling alley
