I've quit smoking 2 months ago but my mouth seems to have reacted badly.
My gums and bleed and hurts and im get olsures quite a lot.
Has anyone else experienced this? |

Its wasnt exactly willpower. i read a book that un-brainwashes you so you understand what smoking really is. |

Now long does it take to settle down?"
It didn't take too long, I was given a mouthwash which helped a lot and a quick appointment with the hygienist |
