Latte and coffees are ok, but they're no cappuccino.
There is only one way to resolve this......
Fight. No drink earl Grey tea instead, a drink from a more civilised age not crude and cumbersome like a coffee.  |

I only drink black coffee, so when I ask for an Americano, which is apparently what these "baristas" call expresso with extra water, why oh why would they automatically put milk in?
I will return it and say I asked for an Americano, not a coffee with milk in it, just like it says on your menu up there... |

I know the problem. Whenever I go into my local coffee shop and ask for a regular white coffee, they always ask if I would like a latte, or cappuccino, or some such other fancy Dan substance.....are they deaf, stupid, or just plain ignorant......REGULAR WHITE COFFEE, no frills or extras.
