I wouldn't. I'd hate to think that the roof overy head is dependant on me putting out. What if I don't feel like it, will I get threatened with eviction each time I had a headache?! |

My thoughts would be if i was the landlord money is better
As a tenant, if my landlord was female and attractive then why not lol
But if someone is going to let you off £100s just for sex i dout they would be someone you would want to sleep with lol |

Now we know why the tories cut housing benefits...so the poorest would become sex slaves.
Someone should make a film about this, how in the future the serfs became transformed into sex robots, and they had to do the sweaty, old, tories bidding, until one day some of them have had enough and rebel and escape and start killing people who buy houses to rent out for sex... |

It'll be on one of the overload of home improvement, auction buying shows next.
Many of us can get the sex we want, so taking lodgers in without rent is just a major way to get poorer, or not increase your wealth.
If you couldn't get sex it may be an option but has probably been done for centuries, since the Lords would avail themselves of the wenches and labourers in their ownership.
It's probably quite easy to get a dungeon full of subs who'll satisfy all your sexual demands and I'd keep them in rooms that would be difficult to let.
I'm really only seeing this as good for the desperate or financially dumb. |

That's absolutely bloody awful. I've worked in social housing with homeless people and there are so many vulnerable people (men as well as women) in our society who could be completely taken advantage of. How disgusting. |

And as a landlord, I wouldn't consider it - talk about abusing a position....
