Just finished 2 hours of shovelling snow from the drive, must be a foot of snow on the car roof, and it's ati snowing albeit a lot lighter than it has been

I once looked into under what situations COBRA have met. There have been a few terrorist events and epidemics, but a lot seemed to be due to the weather, which I think is very British.
