I heard that Sylvester "Rocky Balboa" Stallone was in Bolton last Saturday doing an advert for Warburton's bread.
There are two questions that pop into my mind. What are the chances of a Hollywood movie star being in a small town like Bolton? and Why the hell was I at work when this happened? lol |

Similar to when i tell folks that Raquel Welch came to a wedding in North Yorkshire some years back. Looked superb as one would expect. She may have thought the same about me.

It could be argued he is past it a little and the stars will do anything for cash and publicity...
The weirdest was Mickey Rooney [Mickey Rooney!!!] way past 80 doing panto in Sunderland every day right through the season a few years ago...
