I'm 31 years of age and I can ride horses and squat 70kg but I'm shit at woman on top sex, like really bad. I think it's down to the fact that from the age of 17-27 I was with my ex and all or sex was him being the dominant one, him on top or from behind. A few times over the years I'd try to go on top but my ex was a foot taller than me and physically stronger, would just end up with him sitting up with me in his lap and then pushing himself back on top of me, which was fine I loved it.

I wouldn't feel stupid about it. I understand the confidence concerns and what might come with it. After all if you think you're not doing that great your mind is going to be flitting about all over the place. End result being you won't enjoy it.

Maybe try more of a squatting position? Straddle man on sofa with feet flat with side of his hips and hold onto his shoulders or back of sofa. Works really well for me and my fb. Doggy is out of the question for us with our almost 13 inches in height difference. |

I can't think of much more of a turn off than the thought of meeting someone to 'practice' having sex. I either have sex or I don't, practicing would be too mechanical for me.

I think we all have positions which we are used to and favour.
