Create the presentation, read through each section and summarise it, so jts about a paragraph. Then read through each of then summaries a few times and shorten it to like one sentence that will remind you everything in the paragraph. And keep doing that until you have only a few sentences or even a few words that you can just write down on a piece of card.
I did this for all my essays at college and stuff. Write the whole essay, summarise it. Summarise it again. And then I just need to remember a few key words and I have an entire essay |

know your subject or get as up to speed on it as you can..
write down your bullet points as prompts and also the whole subject/lesson, read it through in front of friends or family ..
time it, allow for questions etc..
