I've been doing my night job for 6 months. I don't usually eat anything while working. I have cereal when I get home and an evening meal when I wake up.
I've not gained any weight but I've not lost any either |

I've done nights for nearly 10yrs and eat all manner of crap, crisps maltesers Jaffa cakes a dozen coffees, pretty much 100% of the time it's boredom not hunger, still only 11 stone though, so my only advice is eat a proper dinner and don't take anything in with you because if it's there you'll eat it. |

I totally turn myself around. Breakfast when I wake up around 7pm, lunch about 4am, gym at 8 am, dinner around 10am, then go to bed around 11am.
I've lost weight, but then I have been training too.
I think the main tip is to take protein based foods not carb based. Fruit or raw veg instead of sweets or chocolate. |

I treat my shifts as 9-5 what ever time it is. That way I keep to the same eating pattern. the worst are nights. finish at 3 but don't go to bed till 6ish.
The only thing that gets messed up is my body clock! |
