I've got a spring in my step! My knee is back in working order (long story short, had a little car accident which actually wasn't very little and damaged my knee)
Went in today and got back to doing legs without having to wince in pain over my knees.
Whooop!!!
So, how was your day at the gym? Especially those with the new years resolution to get fitter. I'm no fit bod by any means but at least we're all doing something.

Been soo busy with work since Christmas, I'm just paying membership without going... Luckily it's only £12 but still, I ought to at least pop in for a shower!
Grrrrr ...hate it when I let work get in the way of life! |

Fan bloody tastic
After tearing my pirifomis muscle 12 months ago I had my second gym outing today and I can still move !
But I am week as a kitten after so long though

Smashed my legs today as normal
Squats: 3x3 warmup - then 5x5
Lunges: 4x20
Leg raise: 4x10
One legged leg raise: 3x10
Standing calf Raise: 4x10
Seated calf raise: 4x10
I will not enjoy this tomorrow lol

I'm not into the gym, but I'm off for an hour's swim shortly. I've also been walking a lot more, mostly up the very big hill I live at the top of.
And it's all working! I'm losing weight and I'm getting fitter. |

Went a bit crazy on the donkey calf raises but it feels so blooooody good!!

Never really been into gyms, but had some good exercise on my bike recently, low impact on my foot is ideal for now. Gonna try to sneak some swimming in later in the week.

Squeeze. That's all you have to do. Just squeeze the fuck out of them whilst you raise it..hold it for a few seconds and slowly work your way back down.
You've been training for years anyway. You know what to do geezer.

Reducing my workout frequency now as my shoulders are starting to play up. You can only lift heavy every day for three weeks straight before your body eventually gos 'ok, you can take your foot off the accelerator now!' |

Gotta stop up a bit because my shoulders have got so wide now my favorite tshirt usually my avatar on here doesn't fit anymore.
I nearly dropped a dumbell on my face though today. |

Haha for some reason tonight jools nipples were like bullets even with a sport's bra and vest top they showed.
I asked her if she was cold.
No She said.
Lot's of guy's couldn't keep from staring.

I went in to do chest today (i bloody hate doing chest) and i tell ya, getting up them stairs was a mission after yesterdays workout.
Now, i got to try and get some sleep and get ready to do shoulders and triceps.
And, how comes your focusing just on your back? |

I have really strong leg muscles because they have to carry me around all day. If I do squats it's the equivalent of most of the men on this thread doing it with a 4 stone weight attached. (They're still shrouded in fat like! ) |
