Just before I left work this evening the directors had a meeting with me and said they're increasing my salary by 2.5k a year, didn't see it coming and only been working there since April last year. None of my other jobs have ever done anything close to this, I've always had to ask then justify my salary. There really are some great companies out there  |

I was classed as a "blessing" by one of them as they didn't realise how bad the guy I replaced really was at the job |
