As being a new member to snapchat can anyone give me an overview on its purpose? Is it the same as all these other sites /apps like kik etc? How secure are the photos? |

Ok you put what's your preferred method of Comms? I assumed that by your username and the fact that you used the word Comms that you are in the military and I know that they use call signs and I was trying to be funny...clearly it wasn't that funny  |

I think Skype WhatsApp and kik are about the most popular. I'd wait before installing anything else, until the users of your dreams say they don't have them and use a different tool.
Remember there is no privacy, though some apps do encrypt the transmission. |
