Just wondering what the general consensus is. I'm currently adorning facial hair, under the premise that it helps keep me warm when I'm out cycling in winter. However, it's also been said that it's like kissing a Wookie and would I still go down on a very hursuit lady? |

I grew my first beard about 8 months ago, stupidly I shaved it off a month and a half ago, stepped outside the next morning and my face was SOOOOO cold, and I don't usually feel the cold, cycle to work in a vest at 7am in the winter, love it. But felt it when the beard went, but it's back now. |

It definitely keeps my face a bit warmer. I was out cycling last week and it felt like the beard made a difference in keeping the cold out.
I suppose it's the same as everything else, horses for courses |

"Some women like them, some don't. I assume you keep it trimmed and neat, not like Grizzly Adams."
Yes, definitely trimmed, I think the massive ones just look a mess, lol

"Stubble is ok but I like to see a good looking face that's not hidden under a longer beard"
This stubble and small beards if you can pull it off (which is rare) is fine IMO but the long beard fashion trend atm does nothing for me.. it's a turn off. |

My OH has a trimmed beard and I prefer it on him. I think he looks really sexy.
However, please make sure you keep it clean. There's nothing worse than smelling what you last ate or drink. |

I can't comment as there is no pic but I don't normally go for beards but my current friend has a very soft beard. I don't like goatees or long untidy beards though |

I never have and probably never will grow a beard, despite me being a blue-beard with 5 o'clock shadow by midday. I've always preferred the feeling of being clean shaven. I feel positively scuzzy until I have my morning wet shave |

Nothing better than nuzzling into a nice warm cushiony beard at night
But I think hubby looks better when he has it trimmed and shaped into a border cause then it frames his beautiful face |
