My question is, has it ever worked?

Well as my profile states...That's the only kind of message I send but in my defense I'm only do it out of consideration. You people have so many messages I feel it's only fair to be brief so that you can get through them quickly.

No it hasn't worked so far but then again I'm old, thick and a fuckin munter!!!

I've sent many

I've received several and met a couple of the guys that have sent them

I find them more acceptable than the "Hi, how are you?" messages which I just delete

Actually I should qualify my response - I have responded immediately to, and subsequently met, a hot guy with great pics who started a conversation with a single very self-assured comment!

I do not reply positively to the countless numbskulls with rubbish profiles sending vulgar suggestions!!

I sometimes torment them briefly though - someone once just said 'Sex?' 'What about it?' I replied, 'U wanna meet?'he said, to which I replied 'Nah, yer alright'.

When I worked in a club there was this guy who shouted over the music "FUCK" to the woman at the end of the night, he pulled on average 70% of the time, was a running joke amongst us staff. Alcohol has a lot to answer for.

The double standards in this thread are outstanding, I do realise plenty of the situation a are in already established friendships however some of you others are pretty much saying if you're attractive you can get away with being a nob head and not even bothering composing a message. Probably just me jealous for being a minter though haha
