Love your body?

All of it or only parts?

It's quite apparent that many men have a lot of love and pride in their cock but what about the other bits?

Mine isn't perfect and it's not awfully fit but I'm happy and content with it even the bits that let me down.

I don't love it, I'm more confident and happy with my shell. Far from perfect but its me.

When someone says they love their body I visualise them stood in the mirror preening themselves.

I never really look at my body just a quick glance in the mirror and that's it

After some health issues and surgery I had to start to regard my body as a whole instead of just liking parts and ignoring the bits I didn't like so much. The attitude of people that I met through here really brought home to me how much we fixate on things that other people either don't notice or genuinely love!

I dont preen i do look in the mirror and think of what i would like to change but then i think I am me and for anyone to truly love me I have to love myself first! Does wonders for confidence levels

Definitely! I have surgery coming up and it could be a nice 6" scar from it and at first i hated the though, now i just think it will be something else I can love, no one is perfect and thats the best way to be

We are bombarded by the perfect body image by the media on a daily basis .

Therefore not many of us would admit to being 100% happy with our own body / looks / attractiveness .

This goes for men and women alike .

A person who is narcissistic is unattractive to most of us , no matter how attractive they may be visually .

So for me anyway , I am comfortable but know I have bits that could be better , and that's as good as it gets lol !

Somewhere in North Norfolk

Sometimes I hate parts of it but it's strong and healthy and mostly does what I need it to.

There are parts I like too. My calf muscles can make buying long boots difficult but I love them.

At the moment my body mostly just is. I accept it. That's not to say I don't want to change aspects but for this moment in time, it is how it is and that's that.

And it holds my organs in.

I'm happy with most of my body. I'd like to be more toned but I'm too lazy and don't have the time with 2 small children to exercise.

I've found that I feel happier with and more tolerant of my body when I'm actively doing something to change the bits I don't like. That can happen even before I've seen any results.

I'm fine with my body as long as I keep my cloths on, otherwise - too tall, too slim and loads of scars

Hex

Titz Towers, North Notts

It could be worse. I'm too skinny, have bad skin, but on the upside, the side of the family I take after tend to live forever and keep all their marbles.

no matter

Not any more , I did have a good body 30 years ago.Now its just old and fat. I did have great boobs I always thought my best bits.

One good thing I have lost 5kg in a week cos the old man is away. Hopefully a bit more over weekend.

I don't love it and most days I don't even like it. But I'm also grateful that it's fully functioning, (mostly) all in working order, I'm not in pain and it allows me to do the things I want to do. Its appearance is a work in progress.

There's plenty i don't like about my body, but it's my body, it's been through loads by now, wouldn't expect it to be perfect after the hard life it's had (and tbh it could be a lot worse).

I'm content and confident about being naked in front of other people. Although i don't believe life is about putting up with things you can change, i do think you shouldn't ever feel pressured to change.
