What's your favourite bread?

Just where I need to be. |
I make my own. At moment it's a twist on focaccia bread called fuckit. I add anything to it. Usually olives, apache chillis and herbs. Topped with baby tomatoes and cheese. |

You soak up wine with bread?" Pil-Pil sauce is olive oil and wine heated with lots of garlic , heaps of paprika and parsley (though I prefer coriander) .. Once you add the prawns and it starts bubbling on the hob the aroma is out of this world |

A good British bread, like a fresh cottage loaf, is hard to beat. Getting a bit tired of restaurants and coffee shops having nothing but Ciabatta shoe leather. |
