Wahey! It's taken so incredibly long but my old fella has made me very proud......
All my life growing up he's been massively racist and un accepting of others be it colour creed religion sexual leanings or most other things idiots judge people on (a bit shit and short sighted given he's a Cypriot immigrant!....doh!) Obviously, I still love the old fart as he's my dad but lost count of the times I've had to roll my eyes and walk off...
Today however he proclaimed one of his fellow allotment holders his best mate and he'll be coming to my old mans for dinner with his wife....the guy is a preacher from Ghana!
Well done you thick headed old shit...only taken you 65 years but your getting there!
There's hope for the world yet!

Drinking i a bar n Mombasa kenya and chatting to an ebony coloured guy. I bought him a beer, he went to the loo and two lighter skinned black guys came and told me I shouldn't talk to him. When asked why, I was told 'Because he's black' oh the irony.  |

Lol. A former boss in Cape Town once asked me to take his Merc for a service, I asked why one of the drivers couldn't do it as I had clients to see. Turns out he didn't want a black in his car, I asked how he allowed them to drive trucks worth 3 times his car, no answer.  |

Old dogs can change their tricks. 
My dad use to say the most horrible things but thinking back he hasn't for some times. Although he still nags. Cant win them all. |
