Clacton-On-Sea, Essex

Not very helpful I know, but there are many many many videos and tutorials on youtube that can help with everything from the basics, to full on stage make-up!

I adore Michael James for his make-up tutorials and skin/haircare/shaving tips and as he is a boy who wears make-up you might find it easier to follow x

Youtube is good! Think of it as painting! Never ever wear ice blue eyeshadow with pink or red lips!

If one is bold the other is subdued!

I love doing my makeup I should offer this as a service to TV's & CD's as i know for some its easier in person than watching a video x

Somewhere in North Norfolk

Take a look at Kevyn Aucoin's books too.

One of them has a couple of tutorials for making up men to look like women.

I dont agree with this, there are no rules with makeup or fashion, people can wear blue and pink, sometimes to bend those perceived rules on colour etc can give a great individual look. You can go with barely there or stand out with some shocking bold colour.

I would look at you tube, search the internet for tv glamour shoots and book a session if you want a one to one advice session. I guess the hardest thing is a good cover foundation to hide dark shadows etc
