Non swinging type.
Suggestions please.
Hate places full of "lads on tour "
Place's that serve full English breakfasts and every other bar is a faux British pub.
Endless hen do's with women crying and throwing up at four in the morning complaining about the bastard back home.
Enough of what we don't like.
Chilled atmosphere, low key nightlife, friendly, non touristy, maybe a few local nudist beaches
September, warm but not roasting,
Less than 6 hr flight.
Suggestions very welcome.
Many thanks.
We are thinking Greece if this helps. |

"Egypt Sharm el shieck "
Can't say we want to go there ever since the bombing back in 05 wasn't it?
Anyway the year of the bombing we decided to go to fuerta instead, literally it came down to a coin toss and we would have been there when it happened.
The news reports came on our hotel tv.
Never really wanted to go there since. |

"Failing that, Fuerteventura.
I went last year and stayed at the Barceló, A lovely hotel and it was full of couples not a "lads" party hotel "
Yeah we stayed in jandia, same hotel probably.
Was nice, lot's of Germans and Italians very few bits which was nice.
Great beaches but can get sand blasted when wind blows, which is pretty much all the time. |

Loved Sardinia in Italy - fabulous beaches, quiet but a few decent sized towns, roads were peaceful to drive on (unlike mainland Italy) the food was great and there are lots of ruins for sightseeing.
Santorini in the Greek Islands is another gem. Lots of tourists but still very Greek. Easy to get around by bus if you don't fancy hiring a car, plenty of sightseeing and the East side of the island has great volcanic beaches whilst the west side has amazing views from high cliffs over the caldera and beautiful sunsets. I haven't been to any other greek islands but it whetted my appetite. The accommodation varies from budget to obscenely expensive but I can recommend a nice, reasonable place if you'd like. |

We love San Stefanos (North West) in Corfu. We have been going there for 10 years now. It is a small village, where most of the locals are related! Beach is beautiful and there is an 'unofficial' nudist beach at the far end!! Good luck with your search. |

Isn't the Croatian coast the place to go for nudie camps? Not much in way of sandy beaches though. "
Pula and Rovinj in the north, Split and Sibenik on the Dalmatian, not as cheap as it was a few years ago but fabulous food (whole lobster huge steak ice creams a foot tall 2 bottles of wine and a couple of local brandies £20...though that was in 2008) not an English pub/sky sports/full English in sight 25C in September and pennies for a ryanair/easyjet once the school hols are over |

I second Croatia, it is beautiful. You can find some family run hotel not far from a nudist beach and you won't see any stag or hen parties. You might be craving a full English brekkie when you return home though!
Just be careful you don't get pricked by a spiny sea anemone! |

"Carcassonne, France
There's a nude beach about 40 minutes away.
2 hr flight.
You'd need to hire a car though."
Carcassonne is great. Wonderful old walled city. Lots of great beaches a short drive away and the Spanish border is within striking distance too.
Love it down there |
