A little Xmas tree decoration made from cardboard egg carton and pipe cleaners, painted with water paints and then glitter stuck on. Found it in mums attic when we clearing the house after she had passed away. Forty five year old it is! |

A money box. I scorched the design of an archery target on the front, including the stand. My granddad upon being presented with it remarked that it was a nice picture of an extra-terrestrial. |

My first human skin lampshade.
I murdered Mr. Buckle our religious studies teacher. Being a large gentleman he afforded me the material to make a very sizable pagoda style shade which still has pride of place on the bureau in my laboratory. |

"I actually have all my paintings and drawings from art class at school :0)"
sadly i moved country after my exams and wasnt able to retrieve my art coursework. Still makes me smile when i found out they displayed it and used it as good examples of how to lay things out.. |

This is what I kinda WISHED I did when I was kid.
but I wasn't that kind of a kid..I was an outdoor kind of kid, I was always outside doing something.
I was never the type to sit inside building models out of fucking wood, that would drive me batshit.
Then my Dad bought me my First Motocross bike when I was like 7 years old and that was kind of my childhood.
I was an outdoor kid. |

happy days of woodwork and metalwork shards of metal embedding themselves into your fingers delightful splinters under the finger nails deep enough to send the nerves screaming and always deep enough to be almost impossible to pull out with tweezers sigh ! |

I have a letter that I wrote to my nan when I was at cub camp. I wrote it when I was twelve and she kept it. Was really surprised when I found it as she was the type of woman that threw everything away. |

Yes I have a hedgehog that I made from clay, dates back to my primary school days, another hedgehog also made from clay but also glazed from my secondary school days! But top of the list has to be a small pot that my dad made when he was at school |

Like a few people have said I too found some things when my mam passed away. Drawings and dairies from my infants. A cross stitch sewing case which I now use. A wooden box I made and a metal coat hanger. Those were the days. Lol.

My mum recently gave me a box containing all the poems and stories I wrote in primary school. Plus my exercise books covered in old wallpaper from secondary school. The wallpaper itself took me back without opening any of the books. |

Oh yeah, I made a tea trolly in woodwork for mum and dad when I was at secondary school around 45 yrs ago. I now have it back, still in good condition with a portable telly on in the garage!...my daughter in law recently saw it and said don't you dare pass that down to us...can't for the life of me understand why! |
