there is another thread in support telling half the story from the guys point of view of what its like to be a member here and your first meets
and i was wondering if other guys could tell us the same?
how did you approach the site - what did you think when reading and getting responses from your matched partners
what were your first meets like
im such a nosey parker but we hear so much from single ladies and us cpls! |

I hung around the chatrooms a little, didn't really feel I was getting a foothold (due to speed, not cliqueyness - everyone was welcoming).
Then found the forum, where I could chip in at a more usual pace.
As a result, I went to a social and actually met some of the people from here. That got me verified (amongst other things), and I've gradually built on that.
Yes, I've been messed about a little, disrespected a few times, misunderstood now and then, and let down a couple of times, but I've also met some of the most enjoyable, open, silly & sexy people you could ever imagine.
Hopefully I'll see some of them naked one day.... |

my first meet was actually in a club. it wasnt that great to be honest.
I wasnt really up for playing but out of nerve's as soon as i was asked i just said ok |

1st time i went into a club i was being shown around.. it was a greedy girl night...
anyway in the middle of being shown around I get to a play rooms and there was this woman on the middle of the great big bed.. and had about 6-7 blokes all around her.....
she clocked eyes on me... and beckoned me to join in... I shook my head and bolted it back upstairs quicker than usain bolt!!!!
just stayed chatting in the social areas all night..... |

my first meet turned out to be with one of the worst couples i have ever met not only on here but in vanilla world.
the play was pressured, i was charged a fee for attending, the back stabbing chat about others on the site that hadnt conformed to their wishes.
i had no other point of reference for conduct within swinging in which to judge their behaviour
i honestly considered packing it in there and then, not fond of 'school yard' mentality or control freaks. i declined their invitation to return for another meet and subsequently found out i was being bad mouthed to everyone they came into contact with, even now, over a year later.
thankfully i met some really genuine people who have shown me the right way |

I'm weird... stop sniggering!
I joined this site looking for some fun, wrote a profile, got photo verified and sent out about 5 or 6 emails to some local peeps I selected with the correct matching interests. Two replied with 'naaaaah fanks' with genuine reasons and the others ignored my message (how rude). Since then I discovered the forums and prefer to talk bollocks in here LOL.
I'm a fussy bastard in the real world so don't see why I have to lower my standards in here so prefer not to contact any tomella, dicksy or harriette. I think I prefer to make friends first then maybe stalk them after via messages - i.e. no more cold calling for me LOL  |

Your first meet can be on line or at a club
Do the people you meet from on line match your expectations ?
Are the photos real - are we as tall as you think
It must be nerve racking for you guys
We don't go out to meet singles but we have bumped into a view at parties and I think that must be the easier way - but I'm only looking at that from the outside |

I actualy used a different site before this one (though with very little luck. I met a few single ladies and then was invited to a 3some and was told about fab.
I have met several people from here (singles and couples) and had fun, ben to socials and parties and got on realy well. I found the chat rooms to be by far the best way to meet people. I have my cam on my face (and am usualy dancing in my chair) and am always respectfull, though it was the occasional 'anyone fancy a shag' messages (in chat) that got a result.........
Life is very tough without transport though (not been driving since Nov) and the meets have been few and far between since I can only get around the local area................So untill i am dirving again i am using the site mainly as a socil thing. Can't wait to get my licence back though!!! |

Well sounds like your all having fun - even if in different degrees
I was emailed and asked why the post - to be honest there was no real reason other than I had read a lot about guys not being happy and I was interested to know the wider picture
Besides - was it the same as for us?
We have had pics ten years younger than the meet, men on their own as the wives were I'll that night, and cpls turned up with the poor fem not knowing a thing about it all - but they are few and far between
Our first meet I was so nervous I didn't sleep for two days before hand and I must have been a rotten shag -

A friend who is a member here pointed me to this site as she knows my situation, and it has been hard for us to meet up with distance, familiy and work stuff going on.
Created a profile which I think accurately and honestly describes me. Added a variety of photos.
Browsed a little. Posted a few messages. Have been a little active in the forums as I find the chatrooms difficult to join in with - so many cross conversations. Usually about nothingI can make hear or tail of.
As a married guy playing away from home, I don't expect much interest in me. And I seem to be 2 years too old for most peoples preferences.
Met one sexy lady a couple of times so far.
Moat oft messages are deleted. But that's life.
Stay positive and have fun when it happens. I'm very pragmatic about things at my age.

I joined a site and had a bit of luck when a lady contacted me asking if I was intrested in gangbangs and partys.
