You think... Im not convinced... Then all of the working mums would need 13 weeks holiday a year., and those stay at home mums get a meet advertised kids are back at school.. |

Flexible working patterns, have to take some annual leave to cover?
I know a few sets of parents that actually split their annual leave to cover the majority of the holidays and only take 10 days all together. |
