You really need to visit the Thermae Spa. The rooftop Jacuzzi is a must. We went 3 years ago, and evening (about 4 hours I think) to go where you wanted in the spa and dinner and a drink included for about £42 each |

Eat a real Bath bun. Visit some good pubs. The costume museum was fun (although I haven't been there in years). But you must go to Topping and Company since it is a wonderful, wonderful bookshop. If you like books, that is. |

They have tub chairs dotted about and complimentary coffee. It's wonderful and I could spend all day in there. |

We went on a Thursday evening and it was busy-ish but not too bad. |

Go on the walking tour. It's on twice daily and is free. You get to see all the main sites in the city centre and walking around with a guide really helps you get your bearings on what is where. |
