I have days where I eat nothing and I have days where I want everything.
Mostly I should stick to working cause often the thought of taking a break to eat doesn't cross my mind whereas when I'm at home I'm bored and thinking of food... Or of eating it off of hubby haha |

I have days where I don't feel hungry at all. The hungry days aren't that often but today is annoying me.

"I haven't felt hungry for ages...until I stuffed my face at a massive brunch yesterday and now have been rumbling all day after a normal amount of food "
I think everyone gets hungry after a big meal the day before as your stomach gets stretched.

"Yes!! I thought it was just me. I went to bed the other night at 9pm so I couldn't eat anymore
"
I haven't eaten excessively but I have eaten enough to normally fill me. I've d*unks lots of water too and I still feel empty.

Yep. I think my body wants additional fuel to generate some heat in this cold snap. Or I got used to eating too much during my time off. At this rate I'll be getting the too big lingerie box down from the top of the wardrobe but at least my favourite polka dot bra and knicker set might fit me again. Silver lining amongst the podge! |

"I get them when I am stressing out
Today has been one such day
Pigging out on healthy stuff just ain't the same though "
Stress eating feels different to me, and healthy doesn't do it, does it? My only real stress today was choosing a suitcase to buy.
I've had some chocolate It's helped... a bit. |

Yes, sometimes.
Today I feel hungry but that's usual for the first few days of low carbing.
I could nip out to the supermarket to get some low carb snacky stuff to help me through but it's cold out there... |

But I'm not trying to diet in any way.
Don't go out - it's cold. |

Sometimes I do even when I've not modified my eating pattern.
As it is, I can be fairly sure of feeling hungry, and cold, for the next few days. |

"I had some lunch, I had a packet of crisps, I've had my dinner and I'm still hungry.
I hate hungry days.
Does anyone else get these?"
At certain times of the month I have 'bottomless pit' days. Where I could literally eat the food designated for a family of 4 and still feel 'hungry'. I hate those days. And I hate hormones! |

I remember hormonal eating - I feel for you. I don't have them anymore.

I'm the opposite. Food is in abundance at work and we are allowed to eat at our desks. When i'm busy at home I don't even think about food usually! |

I have crisps.
Cheese and Crackers.
