Don't use any body lotion before putting them on, slick them with water.
Fake tan can affect how they stick too.
If they roll down, wear them a bit lower.
I like tesco ones, and Markies do good ones too. |

I've only got one pair (M&S 60 denier) that will actually stay put when walking about. Have heard giving the strip a quick blast with a hairdryer can help too, but haven't tried this out for myself. |

"Id recommend the M&S hold ups also, I've worn them at clubs, nights out etc and they've always done a good job! "
Good old M&S work for me too. Just a case of getting the right size or they will roll down. |

I wear them all day long every day. Rare that I have problems and only then with old ones that are ready to be binned.
Marks or Lewis's are best I find. Primark 60denier are ok but don't last as long. |

It's not just about height. If you're slender small might be best. But if you're curvy I'd go bigger. There's usually a size guide on the package. |

I always wear hold ups. Do not bath or shower right before wearing and do not use lotions.
I only ever wear charnos elegance 10 denier range in variuos colours and levanti for thick opaques.
They are 7.50 and 10 pounds respectively but i can honestly say they hqve never fallen down.

"I never wear them, they don't stay up on my thighs, so I always wear normal ones with a suspender belt x there's and easy way to put them on without being a contortionist x"
I've been the same problem with my thighs but like said the peacocks ones are working wonders for me at the moment, £4 not bad either |
