A friend of mine(Jack)had a big confrontation at his work place on Friday and come or worse,
He rings me up in tears and I calm him down after a while, but he said to me how can I get better at holding my own in a confrontation!
How on earth am I supposed to answer that one? |

He shouldn't have to! His employer has a duty to ensure that he is safe within his workplace. This means that there should not be any need to defend himself in a confrontation. The people involved should be suspended pending investigation and potentially sacked for gross misconduct |

You dnt say if it was physical or verbal if verbal he needs to educate himself in the art of using words as weapons and if physical self defence classes will help with confidence |
