Well actually, they haven't announced that, but when you see this sensationalist type stuff on Facebook, forums the papers do you actually research the sources for accuracy or jump on the baying roof top politics bandwagon?
Remember there's an election looming and there'll be a lot of this stuff going on. |

I tend to select my news from a variety of sources, that tends to out most left/right leans. I don't go around checking the veracity of the stories though, there just aren't enough hours! |

Well, if that did turn out to be true, smokers can look forward to being able to afford tory-style premium private healthcare with all the trimmings with the then massive reduction in tax on cigarettes then!!!
.......don't hold your breath (scuse the pun). |

I tend to read a variety of sources, try to adopt a balanced view, appreciating each source has their own bias and agenda, whilst forming my own opinion. But sometimes I get bored n mischievous and run amuck regardless.
Smokers, string 'em up!
Oh, no, hang on, don't tobacco taxes pay for all their related health costs, plus loads extra for the rest of us? Shake them by the hand and buy them a pint

Oh no, you're incorrect, the smokers are parasites that drain the economy, - I know because politicians told me a few years ago................ 'oh no', that right, they were proved to be lying, - strange that!! |

I saw something worrying. I think the tories are going to scrap PCT and privatize them. This is a disaster because they will be able to refuse treatment based on 'cost effectiveness' and personal history. I heard a dentist mention this too. Irrespective of how you've lived your life or why you need care it shouldn't be denied. A society can be judged by how it treats each other and it's worst off. Frankly I'm ashamed to be part of this society if that's where we're heading. :| |
