Why not get EE to lift over 18 restrictions?

I find turning aeroplane mode on and off helps. If not, clear you history and turn the phone on and off.

Not perfect I know.

Derbyshire

Had that while on holiday in Suffolk. It was something to do with having a borderline reception, so they couldn't verify the account as over 18. Had to go over one side of the campsite each time I accessed the site, then once past the first page I could go anywhere again!

"Why not get EE to lift over 18 restrictions?"

Its not as simple as that. EE customers have intermittent problems despite having the restriction lifted

It's a fault with their content lock. When I last spoke to them about it they said download opera mini. Haven't had a problem since using that browser

Happens all the time on my tablet.... Worse was because I used my O2 mobile to check my ee account the O2 18+ came crashing down on that too.....even though the ban was lifted ages ago.

I have this problem with my personal phone which is on EE through a newish phone company called Life mobile!! I have been arguing with them about this for nearly a year!

The ironic thing is I access the website through my work phone which is on...... EE!! Lol
