very often if you pre-treat with plain old washing up liquid then wash it in the machine as normal it takes the stains out.
failing that as suggested, a new t-shirt may be the only quick fix xxxx  |

Wash then hang on the line in the sunshine............ seems funny but it often helps with stains, dont ask me why, but after bringing up 3 boys its worked a lot of times for me, not always but mostly. |

Soak it in luke warm water with nappysan in it for 24 hours. (it gets s**t out of nappies, it's not much different lol)
Then put through normal wash with nappysan added to the drum.

I agree with the Oxy white stuff, whiter than white :P its basically bleach but always gives good results... I can't believe I am writing about this so exitedly - i'm the male of the couple lol! xx  |

ive ruined a few bras in my time "
when i used to go out on the lash which i dont do nowadays,soon as i walked through the front door all my clothes would come off. One morning i came downstairs no clothes searched everywhere seriously thought id come home with no clothes on. Two days later i found them in the tumble dryer had put them in there instead of the washing machine lol |

i had stains all down the front of my jeans last year , and bleach got them out too
it left faded marks though , and it now seems to have started a fashion trend  |
