To anyone who had like no sleep last night, I had like 12 hours although if it makes you feel any better I went to bed with a fever and a sick bucket! Sleep does wonders though and I'm all better now anyone want a coffee? |

Gosh I'm not used to so many people saying good morning to me, I can't keep up........good morning all!

Morning all.
You know how they suggest doing some exercise to encourage a good night's sleep?
It doesn't bloody work! 
3 hours of walking yesterday including a blimming big hill and despite being knackered I've only had about 2 hours sleep. And I need my sleep cos I'm getting a root canal treatment this morning.
