God it's difficult most days. But at the moment it seems extra difficult.

We are up at 5:45 every day and usually get home between 5:30-6:30

Anyone else struggling to wake up?

New year blues maybe?

No I just get up.

I can't sleep in. No matter how late I go to sleep.

I just get up.

I have overslept and had to bus it rather than walk on 3 of the last 9 workdays. I have 2 alarm clocks as well.

In the middle

I wake up around 4.15 every morning, it's fine in the summer but the dark winter morning do make it difficult now and again

Clacton-On-Sea, Essex

Up at 6am, then not home until 7pm

Then it's bed time for the kiddies after that.

Fridays are a blur as the kids go to aunties for the weekend (both work, bith days) so we are out in town straight after work for some much needed social time, not home till 3am... Then work starts at 7 again haha

Think i have the problem of not being able to get up due to sex or sex related antics, plus having a incredibly comfortable bed been late for work every day this week so far apart from today oooops.

No alarm here. Get up when I want , leave the house when I want and come home when I want.

Cheshunt

Generally prefer to wake up early and then relax, read for a bit, and slowly let myself wake up slowly. More energetically when I have company... Very pleasant xx

I'm a real night owl so I struggle to go to bed, even if I am tired. So I'm usually asleep by 1.30 am. I hey up to the loo at 4 ish. Husband's alarm goes at 05.59. 8 sleep through that but he beings me coffee at 6.15 am. Occasionally I even drink it!

On Tuesday I slept through the whole morning routine, including the arrival of a taxi to pick my son up. Woke up at 10.50. Struggled into work for midday.

That's how most days go. Is gonna be hard to Do a 9 to 5!

Might try going to bed earlier tonight

I've always been terrible at getting out of my warm comfy bed to go to work, and I have a really bad habit of regularly indulging in the 10 minute alarm snooze option (at least twice each morning) which always results in no breakfast before I leave the house. I usually work from home once a week which always helps

However once I hit the shower then I'm good to go..

I have the luxury of being able to start work quite late most days (9:30/10:00) and it only takes me 15 minutes to get there. Somehow I still find it really difficult to get out of bed and I'm knackered by 10:30pm. I just really need my sleep.

Catthorpe

4.30 for one of us and out for 4.50 x 6 days per week, early finishes (3pm and 1pm) are nice though, especially in the summer time.
