It's a good job I ride and swim and dance or I'd turn into a knob of butter and melt into the carpet! I need to go cold turkey on carbs real soon...!

lol yes I do eat the 200g proteins too, but mix it in, I think some haribos next sounds nice |

YEs tangtastics one is nice. I like the starmix to with the cola bottles is my fav, that sandwich your doing sounds very nice |

My 'diet' (by which I mean cutting carbs right back again) starts next week. I'm going to try to convince myself to do some exercise too.
I've gained a tonne of weight in the last 8 weeks or so. |
