I have seen unlikely as it seems (once) A bed of daffodils in late january in derbyshire some 5 or more years ago as I saw it with my own eyes that was the proof still hard to believe thou weather conditions or not, even to see a Single daffodil now middle january is Going to be rare, If sunderland is the Location for the flowering Iris another Unknown as far as I know even on the south coast I,d be very surprised, I,ve got snow drops Out in the garden in flower but this is their natural time till into march. |

Blimey. I'm closer to france than london and my daffs haven't even poked their noses up yet. Although a couple of tulips have just broken surface.
Wonder what its like down cornwall? |
