The Hedge knight, The Sworn Sworn, and the Mystery Night. they are more like short stories though compared to Ice and Fire series of books.

Take a look at George r r martins website, there's a full rundown of all of the books available to surround fire and ice. There's also various short stories knocking around. Last time I checked they were due to be published |

As so many had been raving about it, I tried watching it once .
Not my thing at all. I found it really boring. Don't know if it's just me, but it seems that a lot of serial drama's these days seem to be lacking in substance and instead just drag the story out over the series.
I've watched a series of Falling skies and thought much the same.
Even the Battlestar Galactica reboot suffered the same problem. |

I do hope youre joking! the depth of material that goes into GoT is staggering. The author actually wrote the books so that they would be unadaptable.
If you find them boring with the sheer amount of political and personal upheaval going on then you can't be watching the same series |

Sorry, I wasn't after upsetting or offending anyone. I just couldn't get into it.
It's called personal taste, that's all.
I'm sure there are many people that don't like some of the things i'm into. |

Sorry, didn't mean to have a go! You're right, personal taste is just that. And I agree that some american series draw out a story that should be a mini series or one series at best for years in the name of ratings |

I love GoT, in fact I have a GoT related fantasy, would love to be someone's khaleesi, assuming they could be my sun and stars for a night, and wouldn't hurt if they had the body of khal drogo either lol x |

Love it, never come across anything where I literally can't wait till the next episode. Over Xmas they showed series 3 and 4 again and I watched them all again and noticed things if missed the first time round. Can't wait for April. |

We bought the box set and re-watching then you start to understand it more as everything unfolded, it's the first thing I've ever been able to watch back to back to back to back |

You should definitely read the books if you enjoy noticing the little things, loads of little things in there to notice that foreshadow later events, even the first scene with the dire wolf pups is a nice foreshadowing though it's clearer in the books
And yes I'm a GoT girl, could talk about it for hours |

Then what are you waiting for???
Time! I've other priorities at the moment."
A paltry excuse! |
