me and (g) both suffer from migraines but i now know the triggers (its only took me about 10 years lol) and g gets them when he's had too many really late nights combined with really long days.(over worked)
i dont know if you are taking anything for them, nothing really ever worked for us especailly g he would come home from work and go to bed he'd be there for hours maybe even the whole of the next day too.
any way the doc gave me some tablets and OMG wow they are fantastic. they are called ZOMIG RAPIMELT.
a little tablet you put on your tongue and let melt.they work in minutes, sometimes seconds. give them a try . think you can only get them from the doc though
good luck and hugs coming your way |

thanks all...head still exploding..just come on quick while kids having their supper.Been a very long day with the kids, in 1 hr I can finally get in bed to try to get rid of this.if I get it before it gets bad usually I can squash it by the end of the day but when like today, woke up with it, it usually gets worse before it gets better...countdown to ex picking up the kids and to my hibernationxx |

I suffer too... I am a fellow zomig user but I use the nasal spray... so much better if you are nauseous with the migraine. Other than that its a dark room and a cold pillow for me.
Hope you feel better soon xx |

Suffered for years with them mine are hormone related or triggered by late nights and early mornings. I usually cant see out of my left eye and green flashing when i have one and spend time saying hello to percy porcelein. Tablets I take can stave it off till I can sleep but it is usually far worse if i do that. Best thing for me is sleep in a dark room until its gone. |
