No numbing cream, you need to make sure it's not damaging you, if it hurts too much, start with smaller inserts until you know how to relax and take it ... |

We found lots of forplay before hand helped me relax, use smaller toys to start and get into a comfortable position. I prefer doggy style but each to there own. First time for me was amazing, but with a partner I trust fully. Have fun |
