Halesowen

I frequent a number of coaching inns, though I think coaching has largely died out now due to advances in road, rail and air travel.

"Is coaching a euphamism? "

Everything is a euphemism... we just need to decide "for what"

Maybe it's a euphemism for my bloody sodding 'phone deciding euphamism is a word and euphemism isn't, and "helpfully" changing it for me.

Fucking arsehole piece of crap!

"Busist ?"

I think, perhaps, you need to be me, or at least as bizarre as me, to understand it.

Could the OP have meant 'Couching' ????

If so, I'm too chaise longue in the tooth to be of much help

"I looking for people to share ideas, methods and experiences in Coaching. "

There's loads of great stuff on the net, or coaching 'classic' texts, but a lot of it is using tools that you find best to coach with. And subject matter is really important, get to know the subject or area of expertise to a great level, ideally with experience, and also learning methods, self progression methods and the like.

There are a host of courses available too, depending on what level. Coaches I've seen online previously are usually either very, very experienced or at least a ILM level 7 or similar, in terms of academic base.
