The land of grey peas and bacon

Just got in after a long ass day and I've just made myself some crumpets...omg they were heaven..how do you like yours?

Well done, so they are crispy on both top and bottom . Lashings of real butter so it dribbles down your chin when you take a bite.

I know this is controversial but I like crumpets with various toppings. Cheese is very good. Dipping them in egg to make posh French toast and with bacon for breakfast rocks. Occasionally I like them sweet with honey.

Saying that, crumpets with butter and Marmite and a cup of tea is heaven on a small plate.

No bread either except wholemeal or grainy stuff. I might have a crumpet at the weekend as a treat. I will savour every mouthful

No bread either except wholemeal or grainy stuff. I might have a crumpet at the weekend as a treat. I will savour every mouthful "

I haven't had proper bread since Sunday and I'm a bread girl I love it!!

Warburtons, double toasted so crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, a ton of real butter and blackcurrant jam, with a huge steaming mug of coffee. All my lovers get served this in the morning after, then we have buttery jammy sex again

The egg idea for fancy french toast sounds brill, i'll be trying that!
