I know this is controversial but I like crumpets with various toppings. Cheese is very good. Dipping them in egg to make posh French toast and with bacon for breakfast rocks. Occasionally I like them sweet with honey.
Saying that, crumpets with butter and Marmite and a cup of tea is heaven on a small plate. |

No bread either except wholemeal or grainy stuff. I might have a crumpet at the weekend as a treat. I will savour every mouthful  |

Warburtons, double toasted so crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, a ton of real butter and blackcurrant jam, with a huge steaming mug of coffee. All my lovers get served this in the morning after, then we have buttery jammy sex again  |

The egg idea for fancy french toast sounds brill, i'll be trying that!
