Cunard 175 years

This summer their 3 flagship liners will be berthed at the Pier Head to celebrate 175 years of the company, for those who don't know their head office, one of the "three graces" was where the company was founded, will be quite a sight to see I'm sure. They're planning a bit of a river festival for the weekend they are here which I think will include the usual naval and tall ships floating about, should be worth a visit to the city I'm sure.

Seeing three there will be impressive, the last time I saw QE2 was in front of the Liver Building.

My Dad worked on the QE2 (aka Q4) in John Browns. My Scout troop got a tour while she was still in the yard.
