In basic terms a theme is set by someone or we put it to a group majority vote

a time scale of around a week is given so people can buy props and take the new photo

all photo's are uploaded as that persons MAIN AVATAR and an open voting commences over a few days..

i prefer to give 3 votes to everyone who wishes to vote .. and select winners for men/women/couples and Tv/TS
