My wife and I put on 3/4 of a stone each on honeymoon in Scotland for just ten days! Took six months to slim back down. I'm staying away from the scales now.

I was dead chuffed to get dressed yesterday, put my dress on and it was tight around the boobs (yay bigger boobies i thought to myself), put my coat on and it was gaping a bit at the bottom... bigger everything. .

1st fasting day, 7.45am, and already hungry

Only diet which works for us, I like to cook, so I spend most of the fast day planning what i'm going to have the day after: tomorrow's breakfast will be a bacon sandwich, on fresh, crusty bread, with sliced, grilled tomatoes and brown sauce. Tomorrow's tea, I'll make a lemon, meringue roulade, with double cream and mascapone cheese.

On fast days the trick is to drink plenty: tea, fruit tea, low-cal hot choc, anything.
