Today I'm attempting to cook a whole chicken in the slow cooker. A spare is going in the oven just in case.

Any roast is a good one but our fave has to be lamb.

As I live alone I tend not to cook roast dinners anymore, but I must admit lamb is ma favourite though

I only eat cow and chook. Roast is always cow mmmmm

I find Lamb isnt the same when defrsoted, same with most meats I suppose but I find it fucks the Lambs fibers more than the others.

It is about half the price from the freezer. Ive gone all 'Henry 8th' before now, 'Full leg of lamb on a plate' and nothing else other than the cooking juices. Amazing
