For year's I've endured a tough situation, and today I made a very hard choice and made a decision that's taken so much effort. Whilst I feel a little lost and daunted ...I also feel empowered.
What have you done that gave you a sense of empowerment. |

I walked away from my marriage, lost five stone and ran a half marathon
Whatever it is that has been causing you stress you will beat as you have taken the first step....thats always the hardest thing to do, good luck x |

When I left an abusive relationship I lost a lot of weight, took up hobbies Id always been interested, reconnected with old friends and took on new challenges... All of which were a part of simply coming to finally believing in me again and that it is ok to want happiness.
Time the time to be kind to yourself, -there will be days it's hard to cope with the huge change- and take the time to explore who YOU are and what you want.
Huge virtual hugs, you know where to find me if you need me. If nec Consider yourself temporarily forgiven for the challenge pic... Who doesn't love a muddy trainer lol

Quit a job, and ended relationships. It was shit at the time but it was for the best. Now I've a great job and I'm happily single. |
