With both Fab and ToughMudder growing year upon year I'm guessing there must be other Mudders on here.
If so how many are you planning on completing this year and at which venues? If there's a few of us at the same ones maybe we can all meet for a social at the after party. |

i did one this morning at worcester Parkrun....least it felt like i did!!! 
i would like to do one but need to lose a bit of weight and improve my uppoer body strength i think. might go and watch one though lol |

They're more of a team event so if you do it with others pick your team wisely. I do mine with my dad & best mate normally. My mate is over 6ft 5 and had good upper body strength. My dad used to be a cross country runner. It works perfectly. |

I've never paid over £100 for TM... Haven't checked this years prices yet though. Normally I pay £80 for one then sign up to others at the end of another race where they are £45.
I've been to Spartan before which in comparison was rubbish. The obstacles at TM are good fun & for me they are value for money but each to their own I guess.
Would be interested in hearing about others though. |

Tough Mudder in dumfries in june.
I do a good few of these kinds of races every year, love them. Some local some larger.
As to the price - its my hobby, and is no more expensive than a night out on the town, or a meal in a decent restaurant. |

It's strange , I have nothing but respect for you competitive guys and the aforementioned challenges , for me however I like to pit my wits against myself and nature without the crowds ,
Have seriously considered such events , despite paying to lose my freedom lol for the possibility of meeting almost like minded ladies xx

Like the idea... Maybe some obstacles could be in steam rooms and instead of electrocution they could have vibrations. |
