Post Turkey Depression alot get this after Xmas.

I Just think there is only so much I can take and time to take the Christmas things down get back to normal . I love spring and summer and long summer holidays so I am thinking of that and being positive or post Turkey Depression takes over .

omfg if one more person whinges at me...got a fb friend upset right now coz all his mates invited him to a party then left him, it was an xbox party, why am i so polite to him idk...hope this is down to turkey depression else i'm deleting him.

I am in bed with flu been looking after family who had it day after Xmas now me ... so its very depressing for me as lots of things I would like to do .

Actually, turkey contains high levels of tryptophan, an amino acid which increases brain levels of seratonin, calms and helps induce sleep, so if you are feeling fed up after Christmas - eat more turkey!!

It has become more expensive though. It's lean meat and they don't seem to pump as much water and protein into it as chicken pork

Everything has gone up though. At a guess I would say it's half the price as chicken pound for pound.
