Yeah that's a fantastic effort, congrats.

I feel like people should eat what they want but obviously in moderation

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

Its not a diet, but I will go back to being more aware of what I eat again after I am back to work, and drinking more water again rather than juice, and am ok to restart the gym again after an op in october. Cannot wait! I need my gym time.

I've never followed a diet at all in all the weight I have lost - 17 stone since 2010!

I won't be dieting. I will be making healthier choices.

The word 'diet' triggers something psychological in me that makes me head straight for the biscuit barrel

I've not eaten today yet, still in bed

So technically I could still start a diet of sorts

I've lost weight in the last few months due to stress so I'm going to change that into a healthy positive by eating better & exercising more.

No, although I have gained weight in the last month.

I have plans to work on my fitness starting soon.

I'll have to make changes to my diet too as part of that.

Feel like I've gained a stone in the last three weeks alone that's the season to be jolly though. I don't have scales though so it's a best guess.

Good luck to all on a health kick to start the year

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I gain weight when I try and diet. I maintain my weight just being me. I will go through an elimination diet in February when I have the time. Just a cleansing of my system to get my skin sparkly for spring.

I have to be in the right state, mentally, to make big changes in my life. I'm not in the right place to do it at the moment. I'd be setting myself up to fail.

Diet will start on Saturday for me along with re-starting the exercise regime. Feeling lethargic and bloated after being a lazy cow for two weeks. Not a good feeling!

I will be cutting down on my tea with sugar and wheat based products. I find it easier to do as the evenings stay lighter
